Terms & conditions

01 About these terms

These terms apply to the use of https://saujana.navibiz.id and to purchases from PT Saujana Wangi Nusantara ("Saujana"). By ordering, you accept them.

02 Information and prices

Prices, bottle sizes, and availability on the website are general information and may change. What binds us is the price and stock we confirm when your order is received.

Scent descriptions are our perfumers' impression. A fragrance wears differently on every skin, which is why we offer small samples before you commit to a full bottle. Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically and may be wrong; please confirm anything important with us.

03 Orders and payment

Orders are placed over WhatsApp or in person at the atelier. An order is final once we confirm stock and you have paid in full by bank transfer or another method we name.

Our small batches are composed and rested for eight weeks. If the bottle you choose is still resting, we tell you the estimated ready date before you pay.

04 Shipping

Orders ship with a courier we choose, or an instant courier within Greater Jakarta. Shipping is paid by the buyer. Perfume is a flammable liquid, so some air-cargo routes cannot be used and we pick the suitable one.

05 Exchanges and returns

Bottles that have been opened or sprayed cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety. A bottle that arrives damaged or leaking is replaced if you report it within 3 days, with a video of the unboxing.

A wrong variant sent by us is exchanged at no charge.

06 Copyright

The text, design, and photographs on this website belong to Saujana, except openly licensed photos whose sources are credited. Please do not copy them without written permission.

07 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably first and, failing that, before the South Jakarta District Court.
